All sessions are held online via Zoom. You will receive a link before your appointment. You do not need a Zoom account to join.

What do I need for an online session?

You will need: A working webcam so I can see you clearly A quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed A comfortable seated position with head support (a chair or supported sofa is ideal)
